Toyhou.se Templates
Making character profile templates for toyhou.se is a small hobby for me! Be sure to check out my Toyhou.se code ToS before using these!

Snippets
These are codes that are either intended to be added to other profiles, or aren't quite something that fits into any specific category!
A simple clickable popup that shows the user how to use your someones pronouns! Great for if you or a character uses neopronouns!
The "Full List" option is for if you use the pronoun table code
A reference table for how to use different pronouns! It has a spot to link to different characters who may use them.
Terms of Service & Other Notes
By using any service I provide, you automatically agree to my terms of service. If you are confused or have any questions, please feel free to contact me about them! :3
Commission ToS
I reserve the right to refuse a commission with or without any explanation
I retain the right to use commissioned pieces as examples for advertisement purposes, as well as in a digital portfolio
The commission will be started once a minimum of 50% of payment has been received. If partially paid, the commission will not be completed past the lineart stage until the commission has been fully paid.
Once a commission is complete, no refunds will be offered.
If I an unable to complete your commission for any reason, I will issue a full refund
If you choose to cancel a commission, you will be given a refund appropriate to how much has been completed (None - 100%, Sketch - 75%, Lineart - 50% , Coloring - 25%)
Commission turnaround is up to approximately 3 months
I will update the commissioner on artwork as it is completed, or delays that would affect the ability to complete the artwork.
Artwork & Designs
All designs created by me must be credited to me
Revamping the design is allowed, however please credit me as the original designer
Gifting, trading, and selling any design created by me is allowed. While I would prefer for you to consider the original purchase price, you are free to sell the character for whatever you deem is appropriate
The client is free to edit or reupload their commission with credit to me in the form of a link or mention in a clear and obvious place. (IE: Artwork by @MICROWBIRD if I am present on the site, or a link to my carrd)
My artwork and designs are never to be used for cryptocurrency, NFTs, or anything similar. I additionally will never use my artwork of your characters for NFTs and cryptocurrency.
(Artwork Only) Unless discussed as part of the commission, my work should not be monetized or used to produce any sort of merchandise (ie: buttons, prints, stickers...) for profit. The exception to this is in calculating the cost when selling a character or design.
(Designs Only) You are permitted to make merchandise of characters I designed without asking for permission beforehand. However if you are using my original artwork for what you are selling, the former rule still applies.
Toyhou.se Codes
Credit to me may not be removed or hidden at any point in time, however it can be modified to improve visibility
You are permitted to modify my templates as much as you like, but as long as you are using my code as a base you are prohibited from removing the credit to myself or reselling it.
You are not permitted to share paid templates for any reason, unless you are sharing your modified version with somebody else who has purchased the same template from me
As long as it is a free template, you are permitted to share it with anyone provided that the credit to me is not removed. However, if you wish to post the modified template publicly, please contact me about it first!
I do not offer refunds for template purchases
